- CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION: In case of cancellation of the booking by the customer, it will be retained the amount listed below: - 30% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made up to 10 days before arrival; - 100% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made 9 days before arrival. - SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit, to be paid in cash upon arrival, of € 100.00 is required. The security deposit covers the costs of any damage or breakage to the structure caused by guests. It will be returned upon departure, less any damage caused. If the damages exceed the amount of the deposit the customer agrees to pay the additional costs required. - Tourist tax € 1 per person to be paid on the spot at the time of arrival excluding eligible exemption.
